We are pleased to advise that all services have now be restored and all circuits are back online.
We apologise for the impact and delay of some services being restored. The events today at Harbour Exchange are not common and a full investigation will be taking place by their engineers in the days to come.

We are afraid the estimated time for resolution has passed and we are currently discussing with the provider time for resolution.
We believe the power restored to equipment is still under review and not fully operational as 1st reported.

We have been informed that power is now restored to all area of the impacted area and the services should be back up and working by 21:00. We have live monitoring in place so as soon as we see service one more, an update will be provided.

We apologise for the delay on the update. We have been engaged on the phone to trying to gain the latest information on the resolution of service.
Whilst there is only a handful of e majority of the day so we are keen to apply as much pressure as possible.

Due to the impact this has had on multiple providers throughout the UK, some security measures are in place at the Data Centre to ensure Social distancing is observed which is causing some delays on Telco resolution.

Engineers at the Harbour Exchange have identified that a fire alarm was triggered by the failure of a switch within one of their UPS systems. This failure has resulted in a loss of power to the suite where the devices are located.
Data Centre engineers are currently reviewing the next steps for resolution

Please be aware, Cloud 9 Hosts have witnessed and have been notified this morning a drop of a number of Ethernet services across a number of carriers. This outage looks to be linked to a power issue at the Harbour Exchange.
Please be aware, Cloud 9 Hosts do not host any services out of this Data Centre but multiple carriers (some of which Cloud 9 use) will route their services via this location.
